Newly wed Actor Imran Khan isn’t staying at his bungalow at Pali Hill. The couple instead is staying at his in-laws’ at Carter Road, Bandra. Reason? Imran Khan’s bungalow is under renovation. Apparently, the newly wed couple, Imran Khan and Avantika Malik is going to stay in the Pali Hill bungalow itself. A part of it will be where Imran and Avantika will reside. Of course, the elders of the family and Imran don’t want to spoil the old structure and build a new one. They want to keep the old world charm Nasir Hussain’s bungalow has, and so simply a part of it is being renovated.

Once the bungalow is ready, Imran and Avantika will move into their new home. But that we hear, is going to take a few months. Till then, Imran is happy being pampered by his in-laws.

“This is not my form of film but I made an exception for `Dabangg’ being a former Salman supporter. His appeal lies in the reality that he retains that unaffected and unsophisticated character of a `tapori’ (streetside ruffian),” stated Shrivastava.

Director Madhur Bhandarkar, who saw the film at Bandra’s Gaiety theatre, stated Salman has struck a chord with the masses as well as classes with his unconstrained performance. “Fans gone hysterical, clapping and whistling at Salman’s lines. The very last pictures I saw receiving such reaction were `Gadar’ and `Lagaan’,” stated the director who shot to fame with `Chandni bar’.

His wife however has full faith in Ashwin’s talent that one day he will be a very rich and famous painter. This brings them together, and try to find comfort each other, and decides not to be unfaithfull like mated.

Ashwin is an upcoming painter, however she is living his life own his wife. This puts him in a spot.

It is one of the few adult films bollywood has to offer. In one way the film is a type of wife swapping, eventhough unintentional. Director has approached the subject with maturity and causoin, this makes the film a good one. The film seems to be generating a lot of buzz only for the kissing and the nude scenes. Aruna Shields did a wonderfull job and the nude scence in a very comfortable manner. The movie is not meant to titillate anyone so there were no vulgar scenes. Every shot is done very aesthetically.

The film is a refreshing walk off the beaten Bollywood track and scores on its minimalist approach to matrimonial discord.
